Donutions (Charitable giving)
Donuts are important to us, but giving back to our community is even more important! Please read the requirements for our charitable giving, prior to submitting a request form. All donation requests must be made using the online request form below. Please note: we will not consider email, phone or in-person requests for donations. Though we would LOVE to provide donations to all worthy causes, we are unfortunately limited on how much we can give. Due to the high volume of requests we receive on a daily basis, the maximum donation will not exceed the value of 1 dozen donuts. This enables us to support multiple organizations in our community. Min. Lead Time: Please submit all requests for donations a minimum of 30 days in advance.
Eligibility: Industrial Donut will consider charitable giving opportunities within the State of Illinois that support and share our interests and passions, including (but certainly not limited to):
Educational and Youth programs - Student incentives and literacy and PTA events
Arts- Band Boosters
Humanitarian services -Veterans affairs
Guidelines:
Requests should only be made by a duly-authorized representative of the event or benefiting charity.
Recipients of our charitable giving are only eligible for one donation within a twelve month period.
Neither monetary donations nor consumable product donations will be approved.
Items donated by Industrial Donut must be used, raffled or served at the event for which they were originally requested and approved.
If selected, donations must be picked up from Industrial Donut at the agreed-upon time/date. We are unable to deliver or ship your donation to you.
If selected, we reserve the right to publish the donation we have provided to you/your organization.
